direct benefits online took money out of my checking account in oct, nov and dec2010. i did not know about this untill i got my bank statment up on checking thay had taken the money out 3 times total of 128.80, i was really upset i live on a sit income.

i call and was told i could close my account and with in 3 to 5 days , the money thay took would be in my bank nov and dec total of 79.90. i also got a e-mail with a concellation id. so i will just wait and see if thay are true to their word. stay away from direct benefits online, thay are a ripoff. i really don;t know how thay sleep at night.

something needs to be done soon about this company. if i get my money back i guess it will just be luck on my side.
