This letter was mailed from Canada to decrease the possibility of the fraud being traced. There is no business at the address listed on the check. In fact, there is nothing there at all.

There are numerous syntax errors in the letter, but they are so subtle many people may overlook them. For instance, "any one" instead of anyone.

The enclosed JP Morgan Chase check is from Presbyterian Hospital in Plano (Texas. They have been notified of the identity theft of their organization on the check.) This check will give the frauds YOUR checking account numbers so they can steal your funds.

The phone number in the letter is not for a legitimate business. It is a cell phone number.
