Direct Diet Pills.Com Company Did Not Answer My Emails, Phone Always Busy, Still Charged My Credit Card Casselberry Florida
I ordered a product from this company and within a few hours they sent me my order confirmation. At that time I realized the product I ordered was not what I thought it was (because I was misled by their website). I immediately started sending them emails and calling their customer service number. The phone was always busy and they never responded to one of my emails. I GOT THE ITEM IN THE MAIL TODAY!!! They completely ignored the fact that I wanted to cancel my order. Their website says you can cancel your order before they are shipped and they will send you a fedex number when the item is shipped. They never sent me an email with a fedex number, so I assumed, even though they never responded to me that they had canceled my order in response to my numerous emails. Well, they didn't. This site has to be a total rip-off. I bet if you try to go there in a month or so they will be long gone. STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT DIET PILL.COM!!!
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN GET THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGE? THANK YOU.

I did contact the BBB about this company. The BBB sent them a letter on my behalf and then I finally received a response from directdietpills.com
They told me I could return the unopened package they sent me, which I did and they reversed the charge on my credit card. It worked out o.k., but it was a huge hassel and alot of work to get it resolved. Thanks.
