Direct Direct TV Fraudulent Charges to bill to a access card not even reg to us and they wont remove Greenwood Village Colorado

My receiver box quit working we had the service insurance so we called to have it fixed. The service guy came out and could not get it working so he tried 4 different boxes before he could get it to work, each time he activated an access card. Finally after 4 hours he got a box to work and all was well ... until I got my bill and was charged $376.00. When I called they said it was from the cards that had been activated and turned in. The cards the service guy was activating were not new cards and had charges already on them and they are saying I am responsible for them. They said it was my responsiblity to make sure they were clear before I signed for them. There is no way I could do that. Dont use this company they are a RIP OFF ! ! !
