Direct energy Not turning on my electric when the bill was already paid Houston Texas

Ok i have paid for electric to get cut on which i paid 100 dollars for the deposit and my scheduled date was june 5th 2013. and now dey have moved it to june 7th 2013. but a supervisor from direct energy name joseph sent a override to oncord to get my electric on and he said i should have my electric on in the morning which was june 6th 2013 and my electric still isnt on. and now i called them again and talked to supervisor james w and now dey are saying my electric wont be on no later than 8pm at nite and i have a sick daughter in my house .i have food in the freezer dat is goin to go bad. i really was not satisfied with their customer service at all
