Never trust this company called Direct Express Auto Transport or the owner Mike Rupers. My vehicle was damaged because they chose a crappy carrier. They lied about having their own trucks and drivers - totally false - they have no trucks and no drivers.
When they did not start a claim and they pulled a scam with the Bill of Lading paperwork, I called their Bond Company (Pacific Financial Associates). They are a joke. I did research on Pacific Financial out of San Diego. They give bonds to hundreds of F Rated Auto Transport Brokers. What a scam!
