my wallet was stolen and it contained my direct express debit mastercard it was used 700.00 worth.i tried to report it right that day and could not get a live person intill the next morning( sat 7/2)i told them my card was missing and my 739.00 ssi payment was gone.they sent me another card but they wont replace my money ,i have to wait 45 days thats for them to tell me their conclusion on the investagation. they at first told me a provisional credit would be credited to my account within 10 days,than they lied and said i didnt met the deadline for the provisional credit.and i would have to wait 45 days.i called them on a sat,. day after i noticed the card missing ,wrote a letter that they say they did not get,and filed a police report all to no avail.,all are affiliated with netspend metro bank ,paypal they are of the same family of legal thiefs. they throw charges on your card knowing a less than 50.00 charge more than a hundred miles away cant be disputed.no one could help me not even ssi would help me they said its on direct express to refund any unauthorized charges,thanks direct express you truley do suck.

that they paid you, however if they would have answered their phones this may have been prevented.

How absolutely uncreatively stupid to blacklist a whole company without even giving them the benefit of the doubt!

You should have been more patient to see what would have turned out in the first place!
