Complaint Review: direct express card

direct express card I have been receiving social security benefits since retiring in 2008.Nationwide

In February, I didn't receive any. Also, no receipt in March or April. I visited ssa a few times, and they said they placed the last 3 months on a direct express card. I NEVER REC'D this card. After calling, the 1st time to direct express, they claimed that they didn't have the address i have been living in for the past 9 years on file. The card associated with my SSN# was sent to some address in new york. I received a claim number from this direct express, and filed both fraud complaints to them and social security. My main gripe, besides losing 3 month's benefits to who knows where, is why social security took me off of receiving the benefits into my existing bank of america savings acct., where they have been going to all along. I finally went back to ssa, and they dropped the card(by the wat the card people didn't acknowledge my fraud case and closed the card anyway) and hopefully the May benefits will return to savings account, where i never wanted them to stop going in the first place.
