 I was told I had to use Direct Express to recieve my Social Security payments because I did not have a checking account and the Feds were moving to paperless payments. I did that and at first everything was OK. Then, all of the sudden...no more payments. Nothing Nada.

I called the Social Security Adminstration and was told that I needed to fax some paperwork to them including my SSN card, my ID, my account info and my complaint number and I would hear something within 24 hours.  Two days later, nothing. Called again and was told to repeat step one...nothing...call and repeat.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the supervisor would just tell me the same thing. Since then, I have been hung up on and given the same run around and double talk. What I have not been given is my money. I need that money to pay my rent and feed my family. This is BS. Boycot them. If you have a friend or family member that has been duped into using this card, help them get another account as quick as possible!!!!!!
