At the end of November the loss prevention team from Direct Express called me to tell me there were fraudulent charges being made on my card and that it needed to be cancelled sothe chargeswouldn't be paid. After cancelling my card and receiving a new one, when checking my balance I discovered the charge had been paid anyway.

After calling and getting information on how to get my money refunded, the letters I had to send back in ten days always got to my home on the ninth day, causing me to have tosend them overnight mail.

At this point I madenumerous phone calls andwas told there was no way for me to contact any department to get information about my case. I subsequently received a letter telling me after their investigation they weren't in error, so my claim was denied.
