amazon company illegally got my card. I did have a seller account and it was cancelled, I did buy something from Amazon and I used my direct express card. AMazon states that I owe them money I am disputing that. In the meantime I got 3600 dollars from SSI, and that is exempt from debtors. They took 2400 dollars from my credit which i did give authorization.

I filed a claim with direct express and they denied it, saying it was amazon I should call. This is wrong they are the card company and they should not have processed the charge. It states on the direct express website that they "protect" social security benfits. They do not. They are rude, they do not help the cradholder and they allowed my money to be stolen from me,

I want my money back
