THEY TELL YOU TO FILL THE PAPERS THAT THEY WILL SEND TO YOU AND THEY WILL DETERMINE WITHIN 45 DAYS OR LONGER IF YOU ARE DUE YOUR MONEY..THis is their guidelines regarding you getting your money back:

.8." Will my Direct Express account funds be protected if my card is lost or stolen? Comerica will provide similar protections as those provided under Regulation E. The amount of money you will lose depends on how quickly you discover and report your lost or stolen Direct Express card. If you contact Comerica about your lost or stolen Direct Express card within 2 business days, you may lose up to $50. If you do not report your lost or stolen card to Comerica within 2 business days, you may
lose up to $500 for those unauthorized charge(s) made until you contacted Comerica. If you find unauthorized charge(s) on your statement, but your card wasnt lost or stolen, you need to contact Comerica within 90 days to limit your loss to $500. (For other debit cards, you will need to contact the cards issuer within 60 days to limit your loss to $500. The Department of Treasury negotiated an extra 30 days of protection for the Direct Express card). If you dont report the unauthorized charge(s) until after 90 days, you may be responsible for all of the charges made after the 90 days and until you contact Comerica. Also, Mastercard provides a Zero Liability policy.  The Zero Liability policy protects you as long as you have not used the policy more than twice in a year, your Direct Express account is in good standing, and youve kept your card safe. THAT IS A DARN JOKE SOMEONE NEEDS TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT BACK FOR THE MONEY THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT or let me say STOLEN OUT OF THIS ACCOUNT AND GUESS WHAT ALL THE TRANSACTIONS ARE FROM UNITED KINGDOM AND LONDON..... I hope someone from the department of treasury is reading this post.... what the hell is someone suppose to do who is on a fixed income and there account is hacked and you have no idea how the hell someone just got ahold of your account.... to contact them within so many days is a joke as well.. there are days that you cannot even access your account online for the system is always down.... they also tell you to signup for bank statments..my god you will lose all your money when that statment comes out and there are those charges that were not authorized by you on that statement.... no one is not gonna
tell me that i am the only one experiencing this type of activity on my account and when i reported the this is was told oh there also was another company trying to get your money..... SAFE I DO NOT THINK... I AM NOT GONNA STOP UNTIL THE $200 something dollars is not put back into this account.... I know there are others out there that this is happening to but you need to let your voice be heard.... and lord I am still waiting for someone to call me back after leaving 10 messages concerning another issue that i just resolved by myself... i placed those calls back in January...Also you need to train your customer service represtatives as well and also have people on your customer services end that speaks english well.... most of the representatives you can not understand what they are saying...pissed yes i am real darn pissed.... I am filing a complaint with the SSI office and tell them to cancel my account with this company. Direct Express has continued to allowed companies to take money off my account and don't do anything about it. The hell with this company.

i just spoke to a very nice lady with ss office and informed her of what was happening...she was shock...if you all call and report this company something will and can be done to them....i elected to cancel the direct deposit and have a paper check until i am able to setup and account for the individual whose ssi i am receiving....you all need to voice your opinion as well..
