Complaint Review: Direct Express Debit Card

Direct Express Debit Card My Direct Express card is used to receive Soc Sec benefits. My card was stolen from my purse by a family member along with two other cards. All of my benefits were withdrawn at an ATM machine. I use thesame PIN for two of my cards. The family member conducted business for me on another card I authorized them to use while I was hospitalized. They assumed the same PIN would work on the second card they stole. It did. Now I have filed a claim for reimbursement of those funds. In addition I filed a proper police report which was submitted to them. I discovered today they denied my claim. So I am out of the total amount of my benefits. I have a 2 year old son, nofood cannot pay my rent, etc.. san antonio Texas

My debit card was stolen from my purse.  It is the card that is used by social security to distribute funds to me.  I filed a police report and sent a report to the card company.  I discovered that they denied my claim to be reimbursed all of my money.   I asked to appeal their decision and was told there is no appeal process and there is nothing more I can do.  Ths response to a customer is outrageous.    I don't know what to do at this point.  It is all the money I receive for 30 days. I believe my report was misinterpreted based on the reasons given for the denial.
