Complaint Review: Direct Express

Direct Express Go Direct Express Unable to speak to a customer service person to report transactions that I dispute in the amt of $337 and $456. My deposit was posted and they left me $136 to pay all my bills for June 2012. RIPOFF!!! Internet, Internet

I am appalled that the government has my disability payments going to an institution they nor I can contact and dispute transactions and that has no people answering the option to file a transaction dispute; instead the correct selection causes them to hang up on you automatically.  Now I am sol for June and the backlash is unimagineable.  I could lose everything because I am unable to get my money because I am unable to dispute two large transactions!!!!  Someone please help!!!!
