Complaint Review: Direct Express

My Social Security Disability checks started going into my Direct Express account on March 3rd. I have emailed, and written them, multiple times about it. I haven't received any kind of response from them.

I emailed Comerica Bank, which is the bank that Direct Express is a part of. They told me to call the toll free number, to discuss my problem with Direct Express. Since I live outside the US, I can't call the toll free number.

I've already contacted Social Security, and asked them to retrieve the 2 months worth of disability checks from Direct Express, and the return my direct deposit order to my UK bank. If I wasn't due to move back to the US in June, I'd never have applied for an account with Direct Express.
