I went to the bank to get money from my card.The bank ran my card then noticed my ID was expired so they could not give me the money. They called and reversed the money back to my card while I was waiting. They said my money would be on card in 24-48 hours.                                                              

It has been 2 weeks and 5 calls to direct express and I still have no money.The people at the bank involved have been very nice they have sent faxes and made calls to try to help,direct express does not acknowledge receipt of the fax the bank sent,tharefore they can not tell me when I will get my money back.
