Complaint Review: direct express pre-paid debit cadirerd

i went to fifth third to get a cash advance off off mt direct express card. The transaction was voided by the bank but the money was already deducted off of my card. Niether the bank or direct express seems to know where the $600 went, they are blaming eachother while im out of $600 my ss benefits.direct express costomer service is rude and unwilling to call the bank. THEY STOLE MY MONEY ELECTRONICLY!!!!  I have the voided transaction from the bank and recordef concersatios from direct express that they can see the pending trandaction from the bank. i was adked yo fax thr voidef trandaction from the nank to direct express, yhe bank did 6 times starting Aug- 5 the day of tje trandaction again Aug 12. direct express say they didnt receive the faxes. Somebodys lieing.  jus waoting dont know what to do.Are the goinh to steal my Sept brnefiys too.
