Complaint Review: Direct For U

I ordered direct TV and had an appointment for a technician to come out from 1-5, they never showed, the number I had to call them with was always an answering machine and no one ever returned my phone calls. On my third scheduled appointment from 1-5 on another day and they showed up at 435. Then the guy says I can't install it because I have one tree that is in the way and he can't do it anywhere else.

By then I had giving up trying to understand his broken english and was fed up. So I called direct tv for my refund of my initial cost and the guy from direct tv told me direct for u would have to do my refund. When I talked to them they informed me I would see it in my account in 3 days, haven't seen it yet. Called again so maybe I will get my money back but so far nothing. Direct for u was rude everytime I actually got through to anyone and then the fact they never showed up twice, never bothered to call me back or answer there phone is very unprofessional and I am really glad I couldn't get direct tv so i don't have to deal with people like this. With so many complaints about direct for u, I am amazed that direct TV still uses them....
