Complaint Review: Direct Gardening

Direct Gardening order placed on June 5, 2016. Inquired about my order on June 14, Told "in shipping department" have emailed and called 3 more times and told same thing. Today topped it off, Now not all plants are available. HOW? Was told order was ready for shipping June 7, 2016........today is the 28th..why hasn't it been shipped? Bloomington Illinois

June 5th, placed order.  June 14th sent inquiry email.  Reply on 15th  "currently in shipping dept".  Called June 15, smae answer.  Emailed june 19,  same answer. (automated i believe).  Called June 20th..."too hot to ship sent workers home".  Emailed June 24, with no reply.  Called today June 28 and told 2 items on my order "won't be shipped now till fall".  How does this happen wheneverything was all packed and ready to go.
