I was suckered by the colorful catalog and didn't google this company before ordering...   Got the run around trying to get the status of my order.  "The order is in shipping and is scheduled to be shipped any day now", is their standard excuse.  A week later, I would call and get the same story.  After 1 month, I threatened to dispute the credit card charge.  The ordered was shipped the same day (coincidence??)

most of the order was not available so my credit card was supposedly credited.  they shipped 5 plants and they were all on their death bed when they arrived.  2 died and 3 appear to be living...  they charge you $9.95 for shipping and what they sent could have easily fit into a USPS next day box for $5.  Instead, they shipped the plants pressed against some cardboard shipping boards, in a green plastic bag.  It took 3 days to arrive and maybe the heat got to some of the plants.   2 of the plants had moldy leaves and weren't viable.  most of the plants had considerable leaf loss.  

Never ever order from these people or the multitude of other names they go buy.  If it's in Illinois and offer really low prices, it's probably one in the same....  I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, because these people need to be shut down. 

Total waste of money.
