80% of the plants I received were dead. I received replacement plants that were also dead. I got credit certificates but the plants from those were also dead. I have been growing flowers for 20 years. This company is unethical and impossible. I have never been able to reach them on the phone because it is always busy. I get emails that ignore the issues. I will NEVER do business with them again.
