Direct General Company does not honor its claims nashville, Tennessee
This companys insured backed up into my car on a one way street I was finally able to get the insurance information through the police. I filed a formal complaint which included emails from there insured acknowleding the accident as well as pictures and a police report. They are not honoring there claims due to the fact that this company didnt due is homework when writing up the policy. The car was insured with Direct GEneral who is legally liable but yet refuses to pay this company is a scam and should be closed down it affects drivers who are liable to get into an accident with one of there insured, I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bereau.
