Hello, i just purchased a new car and my dealership said hey this is the cheapest company to go with, hey big big big big mistake, this company ( Direct General ) does false advertising, cause first they said it was going to be $101.00 a month, hey next thing you know i receive a letter saying that its $178.00 a month because supposedly i did not submit the information that they needed, first of all i went like 3 days after i purchased this insurance to have the car looked at by there insurance agent, a person with bad customer service and not only bad customer service but this guy only took 2 pictures of my car and said hey that it have a good day,

ok that's the first thing, now today i called to make a payment an then was some issues i asked to speak to a supervisor and guess what no one called back, so after 1:30 i called back and spoke to Karla employe #6616, and said hey there is nothing we can do thats the companies policy, WOW GREAT HELP THERE KARLA, so i guess nothing got resolved so there is my review, this company sucks, i wasted my time and money for nothing, bad customer service and not willing to care when they messed up. Please don't buy insurance from these people.
