This company sent an A/C technician that spent the whole time on his cell phone while he was suppose to be servicing my A/C.   I told him I had questions but he kept taling on his phone.  Frustrated I signed his work order and called the office to complain and request a refund.  They convinced me to allow the BEST technician to reservice at a later date.   That techniciam was two hours late and at 4:45 the office called to say he was on his way.  He never showed up.

I called the office for a refund.  They said his GPS put him at the corner of my street and main intersection and that I was not home.  He probably went to the same numbered house on the left of the intersection as the Circle and not on the right which is my address, same number but Street. I requested a refund and she hung up on me. THere motto on the forms is Honesty, Pride Commitment.  Lies.  Not professional at all.
