Complaint Review: Direct One LLC

Unauthorized usage to my credit card on 5/9/03 $61.02, conveniently left off last digit of phone # so we cannot call and dispute. Charge was never authorized, some kind of long distance fraud charges to my credit card, do not know how they got it, but I am furious they can get away with this.

No place to call, only have a transaction number, taking a copy of fraud report and info to bank to put a trace and stop future transactions, would like my money back, these people need to be stopped......WE DO NOT GIVE OUT OUR CREDIT CARD ON THE INTERNET!

We do use a fax machine, perhaps it was obtained that way, DO NOT KNOW, wonder how many people got ZAPPED by this FRAUD COMPANY!
