Complaint Review: Direct One Long Distance

Direct One Long Distance agreed to long distance card, I tried to use it, card was blocked so I never used any time, they charged me for 2 months santa ana California

I agreed to a long distance card that had 1,000+ minutes on it for a monthly fee. I tried to use the card and the calls would not go through. I assumed that the card was no good. I am now receiving a 2nd bill on my charge card even though no calls were ever made on it. When I spoke to the representative I was told "Oh yeah, that line had a block on it he would release it. I told him I do no want to pay for any bills since I made no calls. He was willing go give me a credit for only 1 month. Yet, I still have to pay for the 2nd month even though I made 0 calls. This is ridiculous.
