Complaint Review: Direct One

On April 30, 2003 my credit card was charged $61.02 by Direct One, LLC which is a company that I never heard of before until it appeared on my statement. I tried to contact the phone number on my statement but noone answered the phone.

I have contacted my credit card company to assist me in this matter because I have disputed this matter. I never received any mailings or phone calls from this company and do not know what the charge is for. I want them to reverse the charge on my credit card and never charge me or anyone else without permission again.

Companies that do this sort of thing should be held accountable to the innocent people they scam out of money. I will follow up on this charge and may even seek legal counsel as this is a violation of my privacy and theft since I did not give this company access to my account.
