The company requires that they receive a fax from your doctor within 3 days or they will automatically send you something other than what you ordered. They say they faxed a sheet for your doctor to fill out but they don't. You have to check up on that and make sure it gets sent. They got my fax from my doctors office within the 3 days and still sent me an email saying they didn't and they sent a list of what they were going to send me. They charge your credit card imediately. They will not answer the phone, they don't return emails and the live chat is not working. I contacted my credit card company and I reported them to the BBB. This company is listed to be in Casselberry , Fl but it is actually in Germany. I finally did get what I ordered but I had to do a lot of work and documentation in order to get it. It is not worth it. Do not use this company.
