Complaint Review: Direct Pharmacy - Diet-Pill-Center

I ordered a prescription from these people and put the $122.95 charge on my Visa. After 1 week, I was contacted that they were out of the medication and were sending me a substitute item. I told them I didn't want the substitute and to please refund my credit card.

I received a $10 credit for the order. I called back after giving some time for the rest of the refund to process and was told to fax them a copy of my credit card bill and they would process the refund.

I waited another 3-4 weeks and called again. They said they had a new system and couldn't refund the money, that I had to contact my Visa company. They acknowledged that they never sent any product, but refused to give me back my money.

NEVER order from this site, they are rude, are thieves, and make no excuse for it.
