Direct Property Management Horrible Incompetent Norco California

Direct Property Management manages our condo community. The CEO/manager Emma Lopez ignores calls from certain tenants and only deals with those she chooses to. She manages to still makes her rounds and selectively act on violations within the community while the tenants quality of life suffers. When she does manage to return calls she has a high and mighty attitude in her tone and makes false promises only so she can move on with her day and act as if she is doing her job.

She avoided us for weeks on issues that were brought to her attention regarding parking issues within the community. Attempts to rectify these situations were ignored several times by her. Due to the parking issues within the community I received a violation that cost several hundred dollars, while other tenants are selectively given a pass while the manage looks the other way.

Obviously there are plenty of other who feel the same way as evidenced by the numerous poor reviews online regarding this company.
