Complaint Review: Direct Remodels

They told me that they could put me on a special program to save me like $1500 but I had to pay cash on the day of installation.  I did not want to commit because I live off of Social Security but they kept pushing and pushing.  Well now they are sending me threating text messages saying they have already received money from some bank and I only have to pay $33 a month.  I never financed anything.  They are threating to take me to court and I said do it.  All you have to do is listen to our phone conversation with his boss Dan and you can see they nnever financed anything.  The deal was cash.  I told them it would cost too much to get that money out of my investments and that I could not afford to do it.  They just keep threatening.  I have a copy of the carbon paper they left me which you can't even read.  The phone conversation tells the whole truth.
