I do a considerable amount of shopping on the internet and with several different shopping networks. Direct Shopping Network is one that I've done business with for several years. When I shopped with them I had to return many items that did not meet my expectations. Always, I returned these items in compliance with their 30 day return policy. Because of lengthy delays in their shipping of items and issuing credits, I was forced to dispute charges several times with my credit card company and trigger their investigations.

Without any warning, I was told DSN had placed my account on suspension because of excessive returns. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, Direct Shopping Network's reply was that because of my excessive returns they canceled my account and all other companies would do the same.

Their company return policy should state to consumers that they have a limit on returns. I was not aware that this was a legal activity to have a policy and not disclose all necessary information. This is a bad business practice and all consumers should be aware of this.
