Complaint Review: Direct Source Medical

Direct Source Medical They're Baaack! Ordered a dozen tens/ems units. Month later, no units. Charged our credit card $834.98 and no response to calls. DSM played same game w/ others back in 2006. Kansas City, Missouri

Placed an order with DSM Supply  for electrodes, four portable IFC's($79.95 each), a dozen tens/ems units($39.95 each). Electrodes and IFC's delivered, but one month later, and no tens/ems. Called their 800 number, receptionist took our phone number, said person who handles these type of calls was unavailable. No one's called back. They charged our credit card $834.98. Should've checked Ripoff Report first before ever dealing with these people. This company in 2006 was calling itself Direct Source Medical and playing the same game with folks. Well, they're back. We're filing a dispute with our credit card company over this transaction.
