Direct Subscription Service Recieved nothing, returned no emails, scammed me out of $56. Their total ripoffs. Pilot Point, Texas

I ordered magazines from a door to door sales person from DSS on June 1, 2010.  When magazines didn't arrive, I chatted with the live chat person and was told it was sent to a wrong address.  So they said it was resent and corrected and I would be receiving the magazines for the Nov./Dec. issue.  I never recevied anything.  I emailed them a few times, but no answer was returned.  I tried again today to talk to the live chat person, but said no one was available.  I also tried to send another email, but it said it couldn't mail it because now the address wasn't correct???  I believe I was scammed out of $56.
