Direct Subscription Services I was sold 2 subscriptions last December, after repeated emails to the company (No phone number provided) they finally got one subscription out adter 4 months. The second subscription was a renewal. N Internet, Texas

DSS Inc should be prosecuted by the Texas AG. I ordered 2 subscriptions back in Dec 09. The first was a gift and took over 4 months for the recipient to receive it. I emailed them over and over. The second one was supposed to be a renewal but now I am receiving 2 of the same magazines at the same time, and Readers Digest tells me I have to go through DSS. DSS does not have a phone number, only an email and chat (which no one ever answers). I sent complaints to the FLorida and TX AG. Do not use this company!!!
