Complaint Review: Direct T.V.

Direct T.V. each month they add a charge not due me or if a credit due me they change it to a charge Greenwood Village Colorado

Each month I have to check my bill because Direct TV will add a charge or change a credit to a charge. When I call I will spend an hour on the phone and get no where. They go around in circles until I get upset and just hang-up. Which is probably what they want me to do.

When I call and talk to one person, he/she tells me one thing and when I call back to question it later, he/she, which is a different person, says they can't do what was promised before. Meanwhile I have to contact my credit card company each month to get a form to dispute their charges. This is the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. I am hoping something can be done to stop their dishonest practices.
