On July 13, 2010 I ordered and paid $6572.99 for a spa. During selection of spa model and options, several emails and phone calls were exchanged with Todd Loguidice.
The ordered item has never been delivered. All attempts to contact the company by phone, email, and chat have gone unanswered, with one exception: On November 19, 2010 I received an email from Jeff Myers with an excuse, which upon close examination was illogical.
The model ordered is no longer advertised on the company website.
