  I ordered a grill in the spring of 2010.  My check for 458.00 cleared but I never received the grill.   I called and spoke with the person that placed the order and was assured that my grill was on the way.  After two months of repeated confirmation that my grill was on the way I just asked for my money to be returned.  That was June, July, August and September.  My money was never returned and I never received a grill. 
  I contacted the BBB in San Francisco, who never did anything because they could not get in contact with the company.  ( Caller I.D. ) 
  I had a lawyer send a letter.  No response.  I even asked one of the people at the company if they were just stealing my money....oh no, we are a legit company.
  DO NOT do business with this company.
