I had direct tv installed in March 2007,, in june we had a hail storm I lost all my local channels,, I called them it took 2 weeks for a technician to come here,, I lost 3 hours work that day,, to find out the technician refused to go up on the roof,, i called the 1-800 number canceled them,,, called my local cable comcast,,, well i had just over payed my payment by 40.00,, a week later the took 60.00 from my debit/charge card i called them they said it was an early cancelation fee,, what I never signed anything,,

i go to my bank while the payment was still pending made a complaint,, canceled my card got a new card/number,, ok 2 weeks later they took 200.00 more saying i never returned my converter,, THEY NEVER SENT ANY BOXES!!!, I called them up they now have sent me boxes but they have 200.00 deposit i gave them in March,, plus 40.00 over payment plus 60..00,, plus 200.00....going to bank Monday am close my account for good but how do i get my money?

do not order this service they do not backup their service!!!

they are rip offs. the technician would not go on my roof to redirect the dish. i ended up paying for service i was not getting!
