Direct Tv Beware of hidden over $200 Cancellation fee New Jersey Nationwide
I cancelled my service and they had a hidden
cancellation fee of more than $200.00 Also be aware if you buy a high definition in a store; you are actually not buying it, but you are leasing it, which means that even thought you paid a high price for it in the store, you do not own it and you have to return it to direct tv.
Direct tv gave me a very hard time for leaving to the competition which is chipper. They tried everything to convince me to stay, including an over $200.00 hidden fee but, even by paying that fee. I will still end up saving money by changing for cable. I just want all consumers to be aware of Direct tv's tactics, be aware!!
