Direct TV directv BILLED FOR PAYFOR VIEW IN NOVEMBER 2009 FOR EVENTS IN 2003, WTF Internet

Called Directv about 50.00 worth of pay for view on my november 2009 bill, I was told it was from 2003?  what to heck, isn't past the time to bill for, I probably already paid for it and they more money so just add stuff to peoples bills?  Also asked to have DVR shut off so when they exchanged them for new ones they brought a new dvr I didn't want and now if I don't want it I have to pay for a new reciever?  What a crooked company I'm calling dish network, I told the directv representative this and they offered me 5.00 off for three months, I'll take the discount and still call dish, screw you directv, i guess it doesn't matter that I have been a loyal customer for 15 years.  THANK YOU FOR RIPPING ME OFF ALL THIS TIME, NO MORE.

So we now expect to go to the movies and just walk right in and watch the movie for free?? It doesn't matter if you watched the movie last week or last year, if the receiver is not hooked up to a phone line and the company cannot pick up any of the movies you ordered because of that, then yes pay your bill!!! You can't tell me you didn't notice that you were not getting charged for those movies. In fact Directv was pretty impressive then huh, not charging for those movies then...hey we didn't get caught.  And if a receiver is being replaced, generally it is with a like receiver. But you know what?? I don't think it matters what company you go to...you are gonna be a poor customer they will be only too happy pass on to the next. Try being thankful sometimes!!!
