Since Christmas 2008 the DVR recording service isn't allowing you to watch and record 2 shows. It's a part of the DVR service that DTV doesn't want to credit the users nor inform the public about.

So, if you purchase any of the "Plus" portion of any program with the DVR box you will be charged the full package but one can only record one program at a time...not two.

Technical support will tell you to reverse the cables behind the box, sure, it will work for a week or so if you are lucky however, the problem is known and presistant at DTV.

Call the billing and they will give you a run-around, unless you are presistant you might get a month refund. So, call monthly. Either way, its a rip-off. You can't trust your shows are recording when you aren't home to baby sit the TV recording.

Kinda defeats the purpose of recording and the principle of paying for a service you won't get.

This would be a Perfect Class Action Lawsuit just waiting to happen.
