Complaint Review: Direct Tv

The unauthorized charges to my credit card after cancelling service within three business days as required by law, is nothing more then identity theft. I filed a complaint with the FTC, which turned out to be a waste of time. I then filed with my states Attorney Generals office, which was very helpful. Direct tv was ordered by the state, to pay back the illegal charges to my credit card company. However, Direct tv did not pay back all of the charges as ordered by the state. In the mean time, my credit card company is trying to bill me with administrative fees, which are owed by Direct tv. The state is now ordering Direct tv to pay back all of the charges. Direct tv, by it's illegal practices, is now trying to damage my credit rating.
