A senior due to her age of 89 years and obvious not understanding what they saying so Direct TV left out important information such as cancellation fees and a two year contract. Before they entered her into a contract.

 

Which is fraud since it was not brought to her attention before the equipment was installed July 15, 2010.  But Direct TV did not let her know until a letter was sent on July 17, 2010 post installation.

 

A person who identified his self as a supervisor Mike stated an installer gave her a white paper to sign with the cancellation fee of $480.00 and 2 year contract information on it which she has. Not true.

 

So to date the following was untrue: did not explain how to use service/equipment; left his trash in middle of floor; wired equip. through screen door which is now unable to close that allows mosquitoes or vermin in which is a health and safety issue; per- petuating fraud on a senior citizen

 

To dissolve this problem I want the contract dissolved without the disconnection charge or fees; equipment picked up and the installer not leave a mess and leave the screen and patio door as it was before Direct TV put wires through there.
