Complaint Review: Direct Tv Inc

Direct Tv, Inc i asked for a extension which i have not asked for one since august 2006 and i was told i could but then told i could not have one due to u have to ask for one 2 days prior of shut off date. my question was how was i suppose to know that. last month i had a payment for $34.00 and i payed it now iam wondering why my bill is $77. and some change. i been with direct tv for a little over three years. i feel i was treated very unprofessional because i was not even able to talk to the supervisor i was going to ask if i could payment by direct deposit so i would not have this problem again, however the girl told me my service would be interrupted the next day call back with payment and they would be glad to service me. so therefore whatever questions i have to ask i cannot ask until i pay the bill and i feel it is already a overpayment and i could of gotton a extension or the question could of been answered about the direct deposit payment. why can't u talk to customer service about your service, why am i just cut out of the computer and i called 1-800-531-5000, and the computer only concern was about payment if u have a descreptancy then u are just !!!! out of luck. THANK U
