I have been trying for the past 6 months just to get upgraded to a TIVO, get another room installed. First, they didn't show up for the FOUR HOUR WINDOW and then 4 hours AFTER they were going to show up, the tech called and said he was having a diabetic seizure and had to go take insulin and wouldn't be in.. which is a crock because wouldn't he be in the HOSPITAL if he was going into a diabetic coma? Not only that, but they didn't show up to TWO of my sisters schedule installations on the other side of town!

Then, the manager of DirectTV said it was all my fault that the guy didn't show up, because I must have miscommunicated with him. RIGHT!

Then they tried to get me to reschedule and I went around and around with them. NOW, I am going through the same thing again and they feel like they are bending over backwards because they are offering me the same offer as 6 months ago. WHATEVER!

But they want me to wait 2 weeks to get my Tivo now... so I asked for the number to the CEO and they gave me his name which is Mitchell Stern and his telephone number is 310-964-6598

But.. get this... you call and get voicemail because "all other agents are helping other customers". I have called NON STOP for the past HOUR and get the same recording. Probably isn't anyone even AT that number.

I am filing a BBB report. Maybe one with the FCC or whomever handles cable companies. DirectTV is one of the poorest run companies with the worst customer service I have ever known.

2nd to Verizon, but don't get me started!

If anyone has a number that I can call and get an actual person at the "Office of the President" then please pass it on, thanks!
