Direct TV charged me late fees on a bill I paid on time for several months saying that they never received the payment.

I sent them a copy of the cancelled check for the month in question and they still have not made things right. This was almost 6 months ago.

My service was also turned off twice because they said they did not receive my payments on time. I payed each on the 1st of the month because they were due on the 14th. I pay all my bills on-line. The customer service rep that I confronted with this suggested I use a different method of payment because it "obviously wasn't fast enough."

This is interesting because my payments reach Maryland in a week, but Direct TV in the same state as me can't seem to get them on time.

I have filed a formal complaint with the company sending in mountains of paperwork in proof that they owe me money, not only for the month they ripped off from me, but late fees, copying fees and postage fees as well. Have yet to hear from them.
