Direct Tv Started with normal setup for selling direct tv,then they took $4000.out of my American Express and I haven't heard from them since Tempe Arizona
Direct Tv rep called me and I joined sales promo.$119.98then $19.99 a month.Then a Sales person called an said I needed to upgrade everything ,so I stupidly said Ok .Then they took $4000.out of my American Express and since then I have had no word from them.I have tried calling them and when I say I want my money back they put me on hold and no one comes on line.I held on one day for 1 hour just out of curiousity.

I do not know the whole situation or details of the call. I do however know that no services for direct tv would ever reach 4000 dollars. If I had to guess I would say this is just a scam operation using direct tvs name. However I could be wrong. Either way though you need to get ahold of american express file a complaint for unauthorized charges and let the fraud department with american express handle it. This will take several business days if not weeks however its your best bet for getting your money back. Also after its done they should advise you but if not cancel the card and ask for a new card with a different account number.

AS OF T0-DAYS DATE JULY 30,2009,HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM DIRECT TV,I GUESS THEY'RE JUST SUCH A BIG COMPANY THAT THEY CAN JUST TAKE MONEY FROM INDIVIDUALS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT IT.I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM CHRIS HAGAN OR DIRECT TV.FROM TEMPE ARIZONA
