Direct TV Termination scam wildomar, California
We had a contract for 1 year to try out their"specail offer".I called 30 days before the agreement was to expire to confirm as we were terminating the service.They confirmed our expiration date and we cancelled once we past the date.They asked us to try their HD which we did but felt it was not worth the cost.In the final bill they tried to hit us with a early termination fee for HD which we did not ask for and had cancelled as well as the HD magazine they tried to charge us for.I told them if they had me recordedagreeing to another 2 years with them or in writing I would honor it and they could not produce either one.Direct TV is a very poor and unprofessional business and unethical and shady...Beware.......
