I was having trouble with my DVR and had 2 service calls. I finally found out that it needed another wire installed to work properly. I was not told this when I purchased it and it did work fine until recently. I was told no charge for them to come out which they charged $70.00. After calling they did remove the charge. They came out again and replaced the DVR and never said there was a charge.

We were not happy with the week long wait for repair and decided to cancel and go with another company. We were informed we had a contract, which we asked for a copy and were told it was verbal so we called again. We were told that when you have a service call this puts you in a new 2 yr. contract because they replaced the DVR.
I think I should have been told when they were at my home and signed a paper to agree before they did the work. This is just a sneaky way to keep you as a customer.

I should have to right to have the company of my choice when I want. They have not done me any favors in the 5 yrs why should I stay with them and there long wait for phone service and physical service. They are getting the DVR back so why do I have to committ to 2 more yrs with this company, because they say so. I never heard of a contract when I got this service so why now. Don't go with a company who changes their policy for their benefit.
